After graduating from Keio University, he joined KPMG AZSA LLC, where he served on US GAAP / IFRS audits of major global companies and as project manager for cross-border M&A and business restructuring engagements. Following a secondment to KPMG New York and strategy consulting work, he founded TGO Partners in the Netherlands in 2024. He supports Japanese companies across both financial and non-financial areas.

After working at King & Wood Mallesons, Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC and Nakamura Law Office, he established Kaneko Law Office in 2026. He has broad practical experience in corporate law, M&A, international transactions and public policy.
